New Federal Privacy Law

Unless you are not a suspect for a crime or witness for a case, you have the right to your privacy. If you are consider a suspect for a crime, the authorities, investigating the crime, are allowed to make research about you. If the authorities posses a document, which permits them to enter into your properties areas (such as your house), they are allowed to enter and investigate for evidence.

I think it is a decent law, or at least its concept. It could get better and more informative,by describing more what would happen if you are consider a suspect. Also, who signs the document?
Those are little details that would make this law more concrete.
